If you do hit a weight-loss plateau, chances are there’s something that is stimulating insulin in your food.  Be sure to check all dressings, sauces and drinks you are consuming for sugar or artificial sweeteners. Also, get back to basics and be diligent about tracking what you eat. Tracking what you eat each day will help keep you accountable and make sure that you’re eating exactly 15/6. Keep in mind, if you’re near your goal weight, your weight loss will naturally slow down a bit.

Additionally, I recommend that you pay attention to how much fiber you’re getting each day—aim for 25 to 30 grams and you’ll be amazed by how quickly your false belly fat disappears.
